Being a parent, especially of a high-needs or medically complex child, can be stressful and all-consuming. This remedy calms the tendency to fall into constant hypervigilance while it eases the heavy burden of care. Calm the tendency to overanalyze and hyperfixate on symptoms to calmly address other's needs from a more balanced, grounded perspective.

Other remedies to consider:

Health Nut, Body Ease, Baby Blues, Panic Stop

Ingredients: Vibrational imprint of flowers in spring water (Apple, Red Chestnut, Monkshood, Pear, Lilac, Oak, Sweet Cherry), Brandy

Apple is the inspiring encouragement to make healthy, balanced choices. It combats fears surrounding health, illness returning, or hypochondria while still acknowledging where changes can be made. Apple brings greater alignment of spirit, soul and body with a bright outlook, and calms the tendency to overfixate on imperfections, symptoms or detoxing.

Red Chestnut calms obsessive fear and apprehension for the wellbeing of others. It quiets mental agitation and repetitive worry concerning the anticipation of problems so that one can better anchor themselves in helpful, healthy compassion. Red Chestnut helps those who overidentify with their role as caretaker to balance patterns of codependency and anxiety for a more serene disposition when considering others.

Monkshood is indicated for extreme fear often associated with near death, traumatic threshold experiences, or paralysis due to trauma or abuse. It promotes courageous leadership and sharp intuition that is grounded in integrity. Monkshood is the flower that the commonly known homeopathic remedy Aconite is derived from.

Pear releases your inner peaceful warrior. It allows you to face hard things with grace, and lends itself to help resolve conflict. Soften rigidity in both body and beliefs for greater mental flexibilty and a more balanced perspective. A side benefit is increased creativity and musical capacity.

Lilac is for those who take on too much responsibility but don’t want to ask for help.  It helps one delegate and get out from under the feeling of "carrying the weight of the world". These people usually have significant body pain. Lilac is commonly used with bodywork or chiro to assist maintaining alignment and reduces tension in the neck and shoulders.

Those who benefit from Oak typically push through and strive, trying to meet endless demands. This excessive use of masculine will, while admirable, can lead to rigidity in both the body and mind, and ultimately illness and burnout. Oak teaches the value of yeilding to the body's cues and softening to realistic expectations as well as asking for help. Oak provides sustainability in service to others.

Sweet Cherry restores childlike light-heartedness that often gets lost in the trenches of caring for others. It dissolves fear, anger and tension that is held in both the body and relationships. It has a way of cleansing phyical and emotional "bad blood" to release toxicity as it brings a sense of innocence and inner purity.

      A dream come true blend

I have been taking this blend for about 3 weeks , while going some huge life changes. I feel like this blend has helped me exactly how it’s described down to a tee. I have 3 kids and I have ehlers danlos , all 3 present with same genetic disorder . Luckily we’re all actually as healthy as we can be. And I just need to keep on being kind and present through motherhood, this blend has made that ease

      Really calming

Similar to another reviewer, I also have EDS and my daughter has too. We are also both neurodivergent and I find this tincture extremely helpful.

I feel calmer and more joyful. If I see something that might have worried me before, I now find solutions and and experiment with what helps rather than spiraling.
