Want to test for what you need from the entire product line.  This would allow you to seperately purchase what you tested for or avoid purchasing duplicates if you already have it. 
 
OR
 
Have a list of remedies you want to test from. This could be a list of what you already have, or your top choices you are drawn to that you are not sure which one to purchase first or start with. 
 
Please type in the notes section at checkout what we are testing for you. If the person we are testing is not the name of the person making the order, please indicate their first and last name. 
 
You will receive an email confirmation of the order, and a second email with your results will follow.
